Madhya Pradesh HC in the matter of Kanishka Matta vs. Union of India and Others holds that the authorities had rightly seized the cash from the petitioner and her husband as the conjoint reading of section 2(17), 2(31), 2(75) and 67(2) of CGST Act makes it clear that money can also be seized by the authorized officer.
